PQ Systems came to Clarity with a need to update their existing statistical process control software application and create a complete and compelling User Experience. The software is used by government agencies, manufacturers, school districts and many organizations worldwide.
Clarity quickly identified the complexities of the software and began executing with a strong design strategy. The redesign approach consisted of an iterative three-step process including information architecture, interaction design, and custom prototyping. From the initial concepts to detailed interaction diagrams, Clarity integrated user feedback following each iteration to ensure an engaging user experience. Final deliverables included a functioning prototype, design specifications documents, information analysis, and production-ready design assets.
