Clarity Connect Featured in Microsoft Unified Communications Keynote at VoiceCon Orlando 2010

A demonstration of the Clarity Connect Contact Center was featured today in a keynote presentation at the VoiceCon conference in Orlando at 10:15 Central this morning. The keynote was delivered by Gurdeep Singh Paul, corporate vice president for the Office Communications Group at Microsoft Corp. and part of the Microsoft Business Division's senior leadership team. He is responsible for vision, product strategy and business development, and R&D for Microsoft's Unified Communications offerings, including Microsoft Office Communications Server, Microsoft Office Communicator, Microsoft Office Live Meeting service and Microsoft Office Communications Online. VoiceCon is the largest telephony conference in the US, other keynote presenters include executives from Cisco, Avaya, IBM, and Siemens.
