We believe that a strong team produces strong results, and that open communication creates a supportive culture. That's why we place so much importance on developing a balance between client work and consultant growth, with in-house seminars, social events, tech challenges and quarterly corporate meetings. By focusing on team-building events, Clarity creates a rich corporate climate based on the sharing of ideas, expertise and talent.
| Seminars & Quarterly Meetings. To keep the entire company up-to-date on the latest news, successes, initiatives and corporate direction, Clarity holds quarterly business meetings conducted by the Principals and Partners. In addition, Clarity consultants get together on the first and third Friday of the month for in-house seminars on new technology applications or project work. The seminars provide an opportunity for consultants to grow in their training and practice important presentation skills. Afterwards, attendees get down to serious business...with an interoffice happy hour. |

Tech Challenges. As a longstanding Clarity tradition, the Tech Challenges give consultants, Principals and Partners a fun opportunity to get creative and think out of the box. Challenges focus on mainstream games or situations, and start with an API that is provided one to two weeks before the competition. Participants build their entry against the API and compete with their solutions on the big screen in the office. The names of the winners are forever immortalized on a bronze plaque in the kitchen. Recent tech challenges included Berzerk, Tecmo Bowl and Uno. |
| Company Outings & Parties. Throughout the year, Clarity sponsors events to bring the team together in a social atmosphere. From golf outings to parties at the Lincoln Park Zoo, Clarity celebrates summer with an outdoor gathering followed by dinner for all consultants, Principals and Partners. In the winter, an evening celebration and dinner rings in the holiday season. Additional past outings include trips to Great America, paintball competitions, WhirlyBall and ski trips. Each event focuses on one thing...having fun. And we do it well. |

Clarity Cares. The Giving Team was created to specifically recognize and support those individuals who go the extra mile in finding new ways to contribute to Chicago-area charities. Clarity Consultants, Principals and Partners offer their knowledge and expertise to many technology-related programs, as well as volunteer their time and money to a range of nonprofit organizations. |
