Consultant
Clarity consultants begin their careers performing the role of Engagement Engineer. This introduces our consultants to all aspects of a client project – from identifying requirements, designing solutions
and solving problems to managing tasks, monitoring deadlines and building software. Once they have demonstrated a clear understanding and aptitude for application development and project management, consultants advance to the role of Engagement Manager. This new role adds the responsibility of managing day-to-day client relationships, risk mitigation, task and scope management, and budget tracking.
Principal
Consultants who are elected Principals have demonstrated the ability to autonomously lead consulting teams, deliver software solutions on time and within budget, manage all phases of an engagement, and build
client satisfaction. Clarity Principals typically have full ownership of one client relationship and all the projects that are active for that client.
Partner
Principals who are elected Partners have demonstrated a superior ability to manage all aspects of a client engagement, as well as the capability to manage multiple customer relationships, coach and mentor
consultants, lead internal seminars, contribute to the external technology community, and provide senior counsel to our clients.
